Thanks to everyone who messaged us about our set on Ultra Radio a few weeks back and for all the kind comments! We appreciate everyone’s patience in hanging on whilst the radio station tried to sort out their broadcasting gremlins and mixing issues!

6,500 Faces rocked at the Perth 800 raceday

Perth 800 Raceday

One of the highlights of 2010 - Bad Name provided the entertainment for the Perth 800 Race Day on the 21st of August at Perth Racecourse for a massive 6,500 strong crowd. The band whipped up the crowd after a full day at the races to a superb reception. Seeing so many faces and groups stretching right back into the centre of the racecourse to hear them play was a sight to behold- when the weather heats back up, watch this space for more news on outdoor gigs!

Booking for our 2011 schedule is well underway – please keep an eye out on our gigs page or our huge Facebook group, our bebo, or myspace  - which is often more up to date than the website!

If you have any requests for Bad Name gigs in your area, join the message board and let us have your suggestions for Jovi tracks to add to our set.

Bookings

If you want to book Bad Name for your club, pub or private function then please mail your contact details here with the subject line “Bookings” and the keeper of the diary will call you back to discuss what you are looking for.

We can arrange custom gigs from short 'greatest hits' shows to extensive sets of a few hours. Feel free to request any personal Jovi favourites you may have, no matter how obscure (except R2-D2, We Wish You A Merry Christmas); if we can’t already play it, it’s about time we learned!

Planet rock

19.12.10

Bad Name are now a recognised Planet Rock tribute band - lists of out upcoming gigs will appear on the Planet Rock website. Also, they have kindly supplied us with many Planet Rock goodies to distribute at our shows, so feel free to grab some when you come along to see us.

The station itself is a firm favourite with the band- if you are getting impatient for some classic rawk action between Bad Name gigs, why not give it a listen and enjoy shows hosted by the likes of Joe Elliott, Alice Cooper, Joey Tempest, Rick Wakeman and Joe Bonamassa.
